The worst dealership I’ve ever done business with they could not find my problem although almost everyone who rides in the vehicle can detect said they removed my wheels but no retorque sign left which every other dealer has left then they basically called me a liar said they couldn’t find any issues then charged me $70 for the 15 minutes they had it in the shop their not even comparable to the gander dealership

Pretty sad when this location charges $50 for shop supplies for a rag that was used for the past several months.They charge 11% on every invoice. Pathetic!

It would be much better if someone would answer the phone.If you need to make an appointment for repair don't bother calling....If this was my dealership....this would be of great concern to me and it wouldn't be long before it would be rectified or corrected quickly.
