This has been the best dental office I have every been to. Starting with Heather greeting you as you walk in to the assistants and hygienists who are top notch professionals! Dr. Buschel does excellent work and makes you feel so relaxed during the procedures. He's very calm and friendly and really, really nice too! He also does a thorough cancer check which is very important. Highly recommend Dr. Buschel and his staff.

Always friendly, excellent service along with amazing teeth care. The meet the needs of all our family of fives needs (2 adults, 13 years old, 11 years old and 9 years old). We are very grateful for the level of expertise of everyone from Heather and Deb, to our hygienists; Christine and Julie, the dental assistants and our course Dr Buschel.

This is one of the best dental care experiences you will ever have! The team is super friendly and very professional. In the last year since I joined Springfield, I have had 2 cleanings, a couple of cavity repairs and a crown (first ever) - zero pain or discomfort with any procedure - amazing!!

This is one of the most inviting and comfortable dental centers to attend. The staff are super friendly and even know my voice when I have to call the office. I have had the same hygienist looking after my needs for years and it is reassuring to know that whatever changes my mouth and teeth will take on will be identified and addressed in a prompt manner. Consistency is key with this establishment and client comfort is a high priority for them.

I haven't been to a dentist in years, and chose Kelowna Dental Centre because they are a privately owned and they offer sedation dentistry. From the original phone call to book my appointment to finishing and paying, everything was top quality. They have a great team, and talk to you in terms you can understand. So very glad I chose this Dental Office.

I am so thoroughly impressed with the expertise, professionalism, technology and comfort I experienced while having work done on 6 teeth in a recent visit to Springfield Dental Centre. I was a bit nervous about having any dental work done during the COVID-19 pandemic but the safety protocols deployed by Dr. Buschel and his entire top-notch team alleviated my concerns. Amazingly, my treatment only took about an hour and was completely pain-free... and now I am pain free! I look forward to my next appointment with great eagerness. I highly recommend Springfield Dental Centre.
