Expedition Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

They have very nice and clean facilities and the instructors are great with kids. My son really prospered there this last session… his growth in the sport was amazing! He will definitely be back in the fall!Kudos to Brock and Sam on creating such a great environment!

The hype is real. I took the ladies self defense course as well as the beginner Brazilian jujitsu course and both were fantastic. The positive vibes and energy are through the roof every session. Coach Brock clearly has a passion for the sport and with the indispensable help of assistant coach Sam, lessons are clearly demonstrated in a fun learning environment. Highly recommend for all ages and fitness level

My daughter joined the club this year. She entered as nervous little girl and as the classes passed she became much more confident. The coaches were excellent in this process. A very fun and welcoming environment. Thanks for the great memories!

The beginner course has been such a great experience. Sam and Brock are such good instructors. Both are very welcoming and passionate about bjj. It’s a laid back and friendly learning environment. If you have ever wanted to try martial arts but felt nervous or intimidated I would highly recommend expedition bjj. You won’t regret it.

I’m 49. If I can do this so can you. I have literally been thinking about trying BJJ for years. And yes I am one of those guys who listen to all those podcasts and never did a thing about it. I reached out to Brock @ Expedition and received fast and courteous responses. I got lucky because a beginner course was just starting. I highly recommend. For someone with ZERO experience it helped provide the basics and provide a level of comfort going into the regular classes. The facility is super clean. And the other members are welcoming and helpful. Honestly I was expecting some muscle head brutes looking to test me. It could not be farther from the truth. I cannot say enough about how comfortable I felt here after a few short classes. One word of warning this is super addictive. I actually look forward to Mondays cause I go to class to start the week and see my Team.

Came in for a class with a friend not knowing what to expect. it was awesome, the people were great and encouraging. I had a great time.Clean space with great people, if you want to learn jiujitsu this is the place to be!

I took the beginner course and absolutely loved it! I can’t recommend it enough to people. Both Brock and Sam are great at explaining and showing exactly how to do each move. They are also very personable and easy going which leads to a great class experience. I was on the fence about learning BJJ for many years and if I had known my experience would have been this great I would have joined long ago.

After taking the beginner course, I feel much more confident in my own skin. Brocks course has taught me valuable life skills and I am looking forward to the progression of my BJJ journey.
