This is the most idiotic website I have seen. You cannot set up an account and run your business. You have to email them to get a quote every time you have a shipment. This is so inconvenient. Customer service speaks poor English and it's hard to understand what they say. I'm not even sure about the idea behind their services, not to mention its poor execution.
