7-11 worker accused me of stealing and told me to leave. I don't steal. I have no idea why she did that. She said she called cops already. I told her I would wait in store for them. They never came. She was obviously bluffing. Maybe she was discriminative or not. Maybe she has some mental illness. Not my business ,but someone like that should not be working as a 7-11 employee

The 7-Eleven Convenience store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are coffee, Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks and this location serves hot food such as taquitos and hot dogs. At this location, there is a full service Tim Hortons counter as well as a Tim Hortons drive-thru

All around treated not only by the manager at this location but completely seemingly ignored buy corporate 7-Eleven considering the manager at this location was incapable delegating any tangible resolve in this matter. Not an apology or I need compensation for my time and money, basically here's your money back See ya. Deplorable customer relations all the way around.still waiting for corporate 7-Eleven to make this right,

This gas station is very popular in Whaley area. Conveniently located in king George and 104 Ave has grocery store and Tim Hortons coffee ☕

I was trying to buy gas with a gift card. When I was told to scan the card I did, but then the clerk realized she put it to a wrong pump. Then she told me to try again and when I did it said my card was empty. I told her she charged me the first time and she just kept insisting my card had no funds on it. The manager came to the till and pulled up my balance which showed my balance pending on their screen but she told me there is nothing they can do. I would avoid this gas station.Horrible customer service.

It can get chaotic when it’s busy, but otherwise okay.

Typical gas station with gas and the normal store selling various things. This one has a smaller Tim Hortons location in it but be prepared to possibly not get what you wanted at the menu is limited since they cant cook or prepare any of the food there and get it shipped in daily in the early normal. BUT this location is right in the heart of the Surrey Skid Row part of Surrey so going there at night and you'll see lots of homeless and drug addicts mulling around, possibly one of then holding the door open for everyone in the hope that they can get some change outta you. So be careful around there. I've seen more than I needed too or should have. And I've seen big groups of them there all night15-20 of them sometimes but not so much the last few weeks since they shut down from 12am till 5am.

Would never go to that was a senior wanting to use the washroom had the nerve to say we don't let anyone use washrooms gas station supposed to Supply washrooms to people traveling very rude people work at that establishment would not never buy from there Very disgusted in staff very very rude will pass on to all friends

The lot is a weird shape so there is traffic jams there often but it is a functional gas station so no complaints.

Poor service inside ,over staffed but still no quality of customer service.it is a good location though in the heart of Surrey .A pro is the Tim Hortons located inside.
