Choi Martial Arts | Calgary Martial Arts Classes | Choi Martial Arts is a multi-discipline martial arts gym. Our goal is to teach our students practical self-defence in a fun and safe environment. We teach all aspects of self-defence from punching, kicking, takedowns and groundwork.

Master Choi has been training my daughters for 12 years. He is an amazing Instructor and has taught my girls a lot. Will never go anywhere else!You will not find a better place to learn and train, than with Choi Martial Arts.

My 6yr old daughter has gone to 2 classes so far and has learned more and has been far more engaged than the 6 months of dance lessons we just finished! The instructors are awesome, they challenge the kids in such a constructive way and everyone has fun. I wish we started here earlier!!!

I've been trained in Martial Arts by Master Choi for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, but most importantly has an excellent teaching style that encourages you to work hard but have fun as well. I strongly encourage anyone, young or old, that is interested in learning Martial Arts to give Master Choi a try.

There are 4 teachers/masters that all are good with kids. Their teaching style motivates the kids and keeps them disciplined. They are also not afraid of taking away earned tape if the kids step out of line, which I like since today's society is all about positive reinforcement.I also like that if you miss a class or two that your kid doesn't have to catch up since the training is quite repetitive.
