Timothé was promptly early for the appointment. He was well versed in English and French and was able to provide answers to all of our questions. He took the time to explain everything and was very thorough in his inspection of the building. He also was very responsive after the inspection for any follow-up questions and concerns. Tim was a great inspector for us first-time house hunters. He walked us through every step of the inspection, explained everything he saw, answered all of our questions about the house and the inspection process, and gave us a super detailed inspection report. The report itself was clear, easy to understand, highly specific and included multiple photographs of each items mentioned in the report, including arrows pointing to various issues or items. All the way through the process, Tim has been easy to talk to, direct, knowledgeable, and friendly. We're very glad to have been referred to him and will definitely refer him to others and reach out for any future inspection needs.
