Great variety of classes including yoga to Pilates and a fun Cardio fit class. I have attended a few classes at the studio while visiting Sudbury and I am never disappointed. If you think fitness is boring or too hard, these classes may change your mind. Lots of variation and modifications available for all levels. Kudos to Krystel and her instructors for making fitness fun, accessible and challenging!
