I've been having lower back soreness for quite sometime and after a few months of pilates and core strengthening I went snowboarding for the first time in 8 years, and felt great - even the day after! Jo-Ann is a great experienced instructor and very knowledgeable about body mechanics, she customized a clinical pilates program for me and got my body moving again! Thanks Jo-Ann!

Jo-Ann has been working with me for years following an injury. Her Pilates sessions have been challenging and also fun, allowing me to push and build myself, but never feeling like too much. She is a caring and attentive instructor and puts her client’s wellbeing at the centre of her practice. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to explore themselves, heal or improve.

Jo-Ann is the best Pilates instructor ever. I went to Jo-Ann for several months for core strengthening when she was based in the lower mainland. She has been doing this for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone.
