The physiotherapist took the time to listen to me, figure out what was wrong and treat me while maintaining great communication. She was kind, professional, knew exactly what she was doing and was able to help me with my injury and pain. I left with exercises, tips and a smile on my face. Thank you so much !!!!

came here with a semi uncommon sports injury and was completely desperate for help and they wasted 4 months of my time. Wrong diagnosis and bad physio. When i didnt improve and tests confirmed they were wrong about me they just refered me to someone who is RETIRED. I suggest going somewhere else unless you just need a band-aid

Alexandre Prat is an amazing osteopath. His knowledge and his skills have had a huge impact on my health. He's also an excellent listener, so he properly assesses the issue. I give him my top recommendation.

Worst Physio in the city. Saw two of their PTs, both horrible. This clinic is just a bunch of clueless kids giving bad massages (but brag about how skilled they are because someone put them in charge of a school sports team...). It’s slightly cheaper than other places but trust me, you’ll pay for it in the long run. If you want a thorough assessment and return to activity plan instead of just wasting time and money, go somewhere else.

Based on my first visit I would say the clinic offers more friendly and economically viable services. The physio was friendly and explained to me well about the issue.Update (April 2022)Went there for a deep massage. The therapist was so nice to me and friendly. However i would say that was not a deep massage compared to my last massage at MASSAGE FANG! Disappointed.

I have been going there for years and have been treated for a multitude of problems. Each and every PT and OT was professional and the treatments effective. Kudos also to the front desk for their professionalism.

Simon Lambert-Lemay is a wonderful osteopath who has brilliantly treated my running concerns, and Olivier LeBelle is an excellent physiotherapist - for recognition purposes I think it’s important to disclose that I myself am a physiotherapist with a decade experience in the field.

I submitted my application for an appointment online, I get a call a day after asking for more details about my case. Because my injury (a concussion) was not sustained as a result of a sports related injury, I was denied any possibility of seeing a doctor at this clinic (I am currently a student). If I had simply lied about how I got injured, I would have been checked up (I asked the person over the phone if this would be the case, and she confirmed it). This is a borderline violation of the Hippocratic oath; even if the person over the phone might not be a doctor, they did essentially do harm" by denying me the service I needed because the source of my injury didn't meet their criteria (on top of the fact that she admitted that if I had skewed the details of my injury more favourably to their liking

Both Cassandre and Olivier have helped me immensely with multiple different challenges. They have guided me in the right direction and are very personable/knowledgeable, always ready to answer your questions.
