I work at extendicare and I can honestly say it is the most fulfilling career I've ever had. The staff are great and the residents are the reason Iook forward to come to work!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The staff here don't care about the residents. They make them wait over 1hr to go to the bathroom if needing assistance. What is a call button even for? Understaffed is NO excuse to be treating seniors this way. You can't set up internet in a room either for whatever reason so residents are left in their room to stare at 4 walls all day unless it's meal time or doing activities. Absolutely sickening.
