I've been going to this hair studio for more than 15 years, and have never had a complaint. Great service, fair prices, and good atmosphere.I can only speak to the quality of the men's haircuts here so if you're a dude in the north end, I highly recommend this studio for your next visit if you need a regular cut or you have an event coming up where you need to look your best!

I went to get my hair cut and coloured, the owner was the one doing my hair. I told her my son was getting married in two months and that I wanted to stay with my light blonde colour but she said it wouldn't cover the grey but the light blonde I have had for over 10 years was working fine for me. So she decided to make it darker. She said it would lighten up with washing, I wasn't happy with the colour. Then she cut it, I asked her NOT to cut the back too short as I have a bad cowlick she said if she didnt cut it that it would look like a MULLET....so she proceeded to cut it off short and blunt. I called her the very next day and said I was very unhappy with the colour it was much too dark so she suggested that she put in highlights... that would not have been needed if she had just done the same colour as I had asked for, LIGHT BLONDE. I decided that she had done enough damage to my hair that I declined the highlights. I think she should have given me back the money for my colour and my cut as she proceeded to do exactly the opposite of what I had asked her to do plus she is a very rough hairdresser, you are supposed to be relaxed when getting your hair done... I was far from relaxed. I would NOT recommend this hair salon to anyone. EVER!

Best hair salon in town!! I’ve been going there since I was an infant, the hairdressers there are so polite and considerate, they make you feel very safe and and comfortable! They give you the best option for your situation and help you with anything and everything you want to get done! The owner is so friendly and helpful and always open for questions comments or any concerns! She also does everything that any employee does, she really is very good at what she does! Such a nice and friendly atmosphere! I very highly recomend going here! I promise you won’t regret it!

Amazing service! I see Britain after her being recommended to me by a friend and she's absolutely amazing! I went to her after a much needed hair cut and redye and came up with an amazing color combo! She is very thorough and cares a lot about the health of your hair and does what she can to make sure it isn't damaged and in the best condition it can be! Thank you Britain!

I have been going to quay for 22 years now I have my son my husband and sister in law .we have never ever had a bad hair cut or hair dye. If you are not happy about the out come she will bend over backwards to make you happy .Quy customers are very important to her as well as all of the other girls.Just because one customer wanted her money back ,not a do over but her money back tells me she just wanted a freebie,no one needs yr business

My three daughters all have long curly hair. They were so happy with the whole experience! The stylist was knowledgeable with their hair type and listened to what they were looking for. She provided feedback to ensure their hair was healthy and cut properly. They came home so happy and satisfied. We will definitely be coming back!
