Tiger Chicken & Ribs
We recently attended Tiger Chicken and Rib for the first time. Upon our arrival they were very busy. The older server told us they were too busy and we would have to wait - which we ok with - but Moments later the owner had another staff member seat us and the owner came to take our order herself. She was plesant, friendly and had a smile on her face the entire time as she zipped around, helping wherever she could.Our food was good and the price was less than other sit down restaurants. The portions sizes were great.During our visit, it was sad to see other patrons get neglected by the other serving staff. The older woman was highly disorganized, and spent more time huffing about how frazzled she was, than actually doing her job. The owner was constantly trying to keep her on track and assisting in ensuring patrons were cared for but the older sever was rude, making snotty remarks and telling the owner off each time she offered direction or assistance.I would return to this restaurant, but can easily see how/why other patrons would definitely complain about poor service and staff that had miserable attitudes.

The chicken here is excellent. Easily on par with St Hubert, for instance. I would give 5 stars but it's the only thing I have tried. The service and the restaurant itself are among the best to be found locally. Obviously renovated in the near past and operated by the owners themselves.After having been here several times I updated to 5 stars.

The food was perfect . The portions were good . The burger was really good . The chicken of the burger was delicious. The ribs were really good also .

Avoid! Do not eat here! I got the chicken and shrimp 1pm on sunday...and I have been very ill since! It's now 1am Tuesday morning. This is the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced in my life. Just horrible! Do not eat here.

Food was average, but service poor. Ordered the fish dinner (for delivery) which was supposed to come with coleslaw and lemon wedge which it did not. Called and was told I'd have to pay another delivery charge to get them. Since the delivery charge was already $7, was not going to pay that again.

Let's address the elephant in the room.... its a Swiss Chalet look alike. Food was good, ribs were excellent. Their chicken sauce tasted like chicken soup and wasn't my favorite part of the meal. Service was amazing, I really liked our waitress. Restaurant was a little dated but clean. Only real complaint was the price was a little steep for what we got. Also didn't like the $1.50 charge for the 5 slivers of onion my wife asked for. I would go back if the meal was not so expensive.

Honestly it's been so long since I had gone there but when I went today the environment was gorgeous...clean.... And welcoming. The server was everything. He was attentive..polite.... And kept making sure everything was okay. Thank you so much the food was amazing and sooooo was my experience!

The name is deceiving. This place serves more dishes than chicken and ribs. There is a full service bar. Flat screen TV's on the walls. Dining area away from bar with good amount of seating. Not a bad meal on the menu.
