The representatives are very nice and helpful, but the store does not carry much of stocks due to the space I guess. It's better to call for checking if you look for the specific items. Also, it doesn't provide an option for online-order and pickup service that the store doesn't have, but it is on Mondou website.

First time customer at this location. Long time customer at the Greenfield park location but I recently moved to Saint Hubert. The ambience here was not great. I get that we're all stressed because of covid-19 but that doesn't mean you should be treating your clients like garbage. Lots of attitude from the moment I walked in. I felt like my very presence offended the person that greeted me. I'll probably drive the extra distance to go back to Greenfield park to be honest.

Wow!!!! What an amazing service!! Had many questions and she took the time to explain everything in detail!!! Definately recommend and will be coming back. I didn't catch the name of the worker but the lady with the shaved side was just amazing, she went over and beyond to help us!!!! Keep it up you guys are awesome!

They have ok products, good cat toys, beware of the dishes color can leak into water(changed the water to red) Customer service is to be desired. I have multiple of them one of them is: called 15 mins in advance to put something on the side, get to the store and no one knows what I'm talking about. And tells me i called the wrong place, when its the same number i called from an old receipt. Tell them the number and they tell me no then re says the same number i just told them.

The associate that helped me took the time to answer all my questions. She was young and when she wasn't completely sure about something she went to find the correct answer. When I was leaving she glanced my way with a beautiful smile and said good bye.

Staff is nice and willing to help.I had no idea they had vegan food for dogs. Is that even healthy for their diet?
