Sam is the best mechanic I have ever had in my 15 years of owning vehicles. I have been ripped off by so many mechanics in my life and I am so grateful to have been recommend by a friend to go with Sam. He has been servicing my Kia Sorento for the last 2 years. One time I was in Squamish when my suv broke down and I got a quote from another mechanic and I called Sam just for some advice to get me home. He took the time to answer all my questions and got me home without an outrageous tourist mechanic bill. He always shows me videos and informs me about everything. He is honest and always gives me options on pricing, and did I mention how affordable he is? I don't write many reviews because I always forget... but Sam is hard to forget when he has been so supportive to me and my suv :) THANK YOU SAM!

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Sam. He is one of few mechanics in town who can deal with complex engine problems and communicate with the customers proficiently. Top of that, his way of problem solving is to save your money not to make money for himself. I truly appreciated his down to earth solutions and I believe we need more mechanics like him in this town. Thank you Sam.

We took our 1998 dodge ram 3500 camperized van to Jack & Sam on a recommendation from a friend and we're so glad we did. Sam was so so helpful and took time to explain each of the issues we were experiencing and what options there were for repair/replacement and their cost. He actually talked me out of a bigger piece of work. We live in the van and we're on the move so we're pleased to get seen. The price was totally fair and the work was quick and so far great! Just got my minivan serviced at the shop and very happy. Sam is the most honest, professional and knowledgeable mechanic I've met. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a very good price (much lower than dealerships), and fixed the van faster than I thought. Sam also gave honest advice on whether or not to service other parts of the vehicle, which helps save costs. I would definitely go back again if needed and would recommend to my friends. The owner of this autoshop (Sam) is very friendly, a talented mechanic, and also always looking for customer’s satisfaction. Ive been coming to this place for the last few years and I’ve never had any problems or had issues with my car. Hello! This review is long overdue but still worth a shout out as Sam was so good to us before our travels to the USA in August!We brought our vehicle in very last minute with a funny suspension sound and they honestly cared about our safety and security before our travels. This is our family vehicle and they assessed it right away, I was expecting a couple thousand as its suspension... I was pleasantly surprised that it was $400! I left it overnight, they had the parts by morning and repaired our vehicle the same day so we could be on our way safely! This shop is honest and can explain the repairs in detail in terms a customer understands. All in all, different experience then most auto shops where you maybe feel like they pulled one over on you... Sam we found was quite the opposite - we felt valued and respected!

If you are looking for a reliable and affordable mechanic look no further, this is The One. I brought my Huyndai Elantra in recently, Sam followed through with any concerns and questions I had with quotes and issues with the car. The whole process was transparent and I got my car fixed the next day. The price was reasonable, he even point out parts that might need attention in the future but I don't have to fix it yet if I'm not ready to spend the money. I came in with little knowledge about car but I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of because of that. Highly recommend!

All the reviews are true. When I and my sister stopped by to pick the vehicle up, Sam explained thoroughly what has been fixed and what would need to be fixed later. Professional and Trustworthy are two words of Jack's.

Sam is an amazing mechanic, he is reliable, honest and really knows his stuff! He has helped my boyfriend and I out soo often with both of our vehicles and ensures they’re both running smoothly at all times!! He’s been fantastic and anyone would be so lucky to have Sam as their mechanic as well.I’ve been recommending him to everyone I know and I’d trust him with anything you need for your vehicles!
