That’s why you guys always 1 star ⭐️ cz you are the worst in everything how come that I cannot return somethings not even 24 hr I bought it’s not working .She called her supervisor like 17 years old man he just throw is words we don’t return electronic … hhahaha. How first it’s illegal. Plus show the sign in ur store saying that or on ur bill withoust any respect throwing his words ..After that here we go to the medical department 4 ladies dealing with one customer after 16 mins waiting on finally young lady come yess !!! What u need .. like come one check ur reviews . You guys don’t have any manager checking his employé . Im not surprise why u guys are 3.4 with ugly reviews

Felt very discriminated when asked to leave my backpack at the front of the store while others had them with no problem. The manager claimed that there was a no bag policy upfront, but when we went to check with an employee nothing was there. Furthermore when the manager came up to confront us she didn’t hesitate to publicly humiliate us in front of other customers. I have also seen many reviews stating that the staff has been racist towards them, overall not a pleasant experience.

They screw with your prescriptions and blame it on the doctor. Avoid this place. Pharmacy staff is very rude. They think it is funny when your prescriptions get messed up. If there was a place to report them for their bad service I would be doing that now. This isn't the first time they messed up. Also, they were supposed to call me back yesterday and didn't. You guys just suck.

I've been with Pharmaprix for years and down the line the quality of pill containers and staff has gone way down. You don't get notified when your prescription is running low and if you need them to send a fax out for renewal they charge 10$. Your better off bringing your business to a smaller pharmacy that cares more about their customers.

The manager was racist and solely asked us to put our personal bags up front , even though every other customer had a bag . The manager asked us in front of other clients which made us feel very embarassed and humiliated .

Not impressed with the Cosmetics Department! My husband bought me a 140$ gift perfume package, 6 testers with the choice of a big bottle with the gift card supposed to be worth 130! The perfume I choose from the collection was on special for 70 $ the employee dint want to adleast let me purchase 2 bottles for the aquivalency of the gift card ! Even asked her manager and said no ! What a rip off !will never ever buy Cosmetics or perfume here ever again .

Been a customer for almost 10 years now. The staff is always professional and pleasant. The pharmacists always make sure to explain any new medications or any questions I may have.

Quality of service has been good. The upcharging and straight up gouging with prescriptions is completely unnaceptable. How is it i can get my prescriptions from other pharmacies for nearly half the price or less than you quote me? It honestly feels like staff are pulling random numbers out their rear ends. So anyway, i can't recommend this pharmacy anymore.

Worst costumer service ever!!!Discrimination at its best… I had to exchange a 150$ perfume that my wife had picked up the wrong colourThe lady upfront insisted at asking me if I had opened it or used it… I answered her 4 times and had to involve a manager to resolve the issue.Weird as if they’ve never done an exchange with gift receipt.

The Staff that actually works in the Shoppers is great. But the pharmacy is disorganized and the staff seem to not care about service. Numerous times my wife has called in to place an order for a refill on a prescription. They tell her I can pick it up in a few hours. I always give them WAY MORE TIME , even hours to pick up the order from when they tell me to come in, and without fail almost every visit they tell me the order was not placed.The best part is, one time this Pharmacy tech tells me they are have to fill the other orders because they were first. I had to make myself clear that my wife called in 5 hours ago for this, which means this should have been done already.Anyways no use venting about something that will never change. Just avoid this location and take your business elsewhere if you can.
