Excellent stringing service that went above and beyond my expectations. Coach Brent patiently listened to my non-standard walk-in request. He then delivered strung badminton racquets one day ahead of the promised date. Both racquets were strung cleanly, and Coach even replaced my sloppy overgrip tape with a professional finishing tape (even though it was not part of the service I paid for). Highly recommended.

10 stars if I could! I was booked March 31st for my shoe fitting with Coach and it was quick and easy. I appreciate how he shared his expertise with wide footed person like me :). I guess I found my happy place and I intend to come back for other purchases. And that's for sure!

Online order takes forever...I emailed them twice to check out my order and all I got were automatically replies. It has been almost a month and my order is still processing"?I have no idea where is my order. Store is very clean and organized! The staff are also very welcoming, from the people at their Online Order Desk, to the people who work at the store! :)Coach Brent is the MVP on helping you pick out the best shoes to cover all your needs!!! I played a few badminton games to test out my shoes, to see if all the points/advice he gave will make a difference, and it does!The service was excellent, me and my sister were both looked after, we didn't felt rushed. Coach Brent took the time to explain to us on how to find the perfect shoes!!!Definitely coming back! :)11/10 Recommend to other people!

Coach Brent helped me and my sister to find the perfect badminton shoes for us. He is very helpful, accommodating and informative and very detailed. He explained how the shoes should fit and give us advice on getting the perfect shoes. lots of choices to choose from. Highly recommended! Thank you again ❤️

I went to the store today to look at shoes and found the guy I talked to extremely unhelpful. I asked if he knew what type of shoe would be a good fit for me foot. His reply was I don’t know what the shape and size of your foot is.. He told me each website tells you for each specific shoe. and was not helpful at all. I asked where to find the shoe selector on the website and was told simply it’s on there. I haven’t had an experience in poor customer service like this and was happy to take my business elsewhere. Whoever was working should take a course on customer service…***MY REPLY***Go ahead and post the video :) Super weird that you would post without asking permission but I would like to see the interaction myself along with others! I have also revised my review to a 1 star because of your response - again great customer service on your part.I am trying to get into the game and was looking for some advice from an actual racquet shop and this is how you deal with customers. You guys order shoes to your shop for people to buy though??? Coach advised very well on the choice of squash ball, the price was also very good. the service was nice, it's nice to talk to such a positive person. We will be back as soon as we need it!

Great experience with Coach. He showed me all the premium badminton rackets and I finally got my Astrox 77 here! There is also one AuraSpeed 90k, Astrox 100ZZ and etc. so I think this place has the largest selection of premium rackets in Calgary!

The most rude behaviour I have experienced. I walked into the store in search of shoes for badminton and was greeted by a very rude man who stated an appointment was required, aggressively slamming a paper on the counter. Nowhere on their website does it state an appointment is required and no phone number exists to inquire. When asked if there are any other places in Calgary he would recommend (not being an Alberta resident) he sarcastically replied “nope. Because I don’t know what you want”. He had no interest in helping, was practically trying to kick me out of the store.

Coach Brent helped me pick out a pair of badminton shoes. He was very patient as knowledgable. I never imagined buying any other brand of shoes aside from Yonex. It turns out Yonex shoes wasn't a good fit for my feet and ended up going with a pair of Victors. I would highly recommend talking to Brent if you're looking to buy a new pair of badminton shoes.
