Couldn't ask for more from Don. He's older than you'd expect but very helpful and knowledgeable towards anything car related - and also very funny. He speaks in a loud manner which can put some people off but it's because he is slightly hard of hearing - speak up when you address him !

One grumpy old man that love to argue unreasonably with customer and indirectly insult your intelligence.I can’t believe the 5 stars reviews I’m seeing on here, there’s no way that can be true even the shop looked abandoned and dusty.

Completely bizarre and incredibly rude way of dealing with customers.Called to get a quote and he was SO unhelpful and was talking down to me for merely asking him how much he charged. Then he literally hung up the phone on me! Terrible customer service.
