We were a party of 7 sharing 2 menus because the waitress didn’t bring anymore. We waited a while just to put a drink order in. Then a while to order food. Our first drinks were empty before she asked for our food order. We were over an hour in the restaurant before our food came. Long time to wait for just wings in a wing joint. Some of were drinkless for the meal because she never came back . When finished we sat waiting for the bill while our waitress sat down and chatted with guests at a table behind us. I agree with others…the place could be great but they have to fix the service

Food was absolutely fantastic and will be coming back for more.Seating is a tad cramped with smaller tables but uses the space well.Decor is very sports oriented music was kinda clashful

Last night a friend and I went to this restaurant for dinner. The restaurant itself was very clean, cozy and the decor was very nice. We ordered our mains and appetizers at the same time. After waiting quite a while(there was some large take out orders so I was okay with waiting) we got our mains at the same time as our apps. The apps were a little cold. We didn’t receive cutlery and our server kept walking past us so after about 15 minutes of us having our food the server finally brought us cutlery and didn’t give us a chance to speak. We both got the boneless wings and they were dry and did not taste good. Of course, we couldn’t mention it to the staff because our server didn’t ask us how anything was not came over to our table. After sitting there for another lengthy period of time the server asked us if we wanted our bills, which she had already printed…we weren’t asked how our food was until after we had paid. I gave a two star review because this place has a lot of potential but as someone who has worked in the food industry most of my life, it needs a lot of work.

My wife myself and my mother in law went mar 7th 2023. We sat down at 5.30. We ordered our food by 5.50, we got our food at 6.20 and it was cold. When we arrive there was a couple of men in the back corner and a young couple across from us. A table of 6 came in and it seems the they were her priority and looked after them. Another couple came in just after us and ordered their food at the same time as us and there food came just after us. People that came in after received there food a lot quicker than we did. I won't be returning to this wing house again

Great spot in the small town of Palmerston. We got the Family Deal that comes with a whopping 5lbs of wings, 2 large salads, 1 large basket of fries, gravy, garlic bread and veggies. All the food was good, atmosphere was good, and service was good. No complaints here, and we'll definitely be back for more.

Great food, large portions. They forgot to order our starter, so it was dessert 8nstead, no worries. Staff very pleasant. Music is a bit loud, makes table talk hard. Worth it for the food though!

The food is great, the service on a Friday night was terrible. We waited 30-45 mins for our bill. We had to snag a waitress to ask for a take away dish and would still be waiting if we waited for her to bring one. When we paid the bill we asked for a take away at the same time and ended up getting one. 3-4 tables were billed out before us who came after we did. We have 2 kids under the age of 3 and were trying to do an eat and head out as quickly as possible. We had to try and keep said kids quiet for the whole time we were waiting for the bill and take away container. The efficiency of the staff was no existent. A pity since the food is so good.
