myself and my daughter in law went here yesterday and had the best experience looking for a great mattress and Robert Levesque is the most amazing sales person I ever came across he is very knowledgeable and not pushy and very friendly and professional I will recommend coming here to see Robert and the price is the best in town:)

We purchased two cooling memory foam pillows from this location and very impressed! Dean was super friendly and extremely helpful in finding us the proper pillows. Thank you Dean for the great customer service ☺️ We will definitely be returning in the near future for further purchases.

Rob is always a proffesional salesman. He is very knowledgeable about matresses and foundations. Hes been my bed salesman for 20 years and this is my second and third bed purchase.

I know Sleep Country has lots of good beds. I didn't happen to pick one of those. I got a good sale on a higher end Sealy cleaned and sanitized floor model that came with no return warranty. I took a chance, and it was a mistake. So my advice to anyone: don't fall for the sales gimmicks that come without return options. Always get the return warranty. The mattresses feel different once you're in your PJs. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

EDITED TO ADD: As per the request from Sleep Country below, I emailed the address they provided and have not had a response in 24 days!!! The entire company appears to have terrible Customer Service. This is so disappointing because I really used to love this business.I had the strangest experience of my life with a sales person a couple of weeks ago at this location (June 3rd). I entered the store and the salesman asked if this was my first time in the store. I answered no" and explained that I have made 3 major purchases at this exact store over the last 20 years or so. I went on to explain to him what I was now looking for

Do not go to this location... worst customer service.. the sales person Robert was not welcoming as well he was just keep on saying we might not have in stock but didn't bother to go and check in to the computer.Then after all excuses started to show us some mattress and when we told him that this is our budget then he replied us we do not have any mattress for your need". We saw mattresses in our range at other sleep country location but here we got this reply. It really felt like he dot want or care to sell the product."

Well, definitely there is something wrong in your communication skills. I was at your location. The only thing that they did not tell me was to just leave! unwelcoming environment by all means. I felt that I want to run out instead of walking, and before I write my comment now, I went through your response to other customers' comments. I can say for sure that the nice person who replies is not the same person who dealt with me when I went their. plain and simple, if you failed to respect me, then you do not deserve my business. I recommend against going to this location

I would like to give a shout out to Dean at this location, he offered a great customer experience, when I was in for a mattress replacement. Thanks Dean!Previous experience:After purchasing a mattress and having issues after it being two months old, I was finally able to get head office to warranty the mattress four months after my initial warranty claim. I still believe corporate could do a lot better. Corporate still gets one star.

We went to sleep Canada to look for a new foam king size foam mattress. Where we met Dean at the Four corners locations, he is just an amazing salesperson. He's not there to make a quick sale or work off on getting a commission sale. He actually cares about what your needs are and is super, super accommodating and he gave us a really amazing deal. Dean, we would really like to thank you again for the great deal you gave us on the mattress, showing your platform foundations, and the great deal on the new bedding for our new king size mattress.
