I have been with soulpepper for approximately 5 months. So far I am very impressed with their team and the level of service that they provide. As a small business owner having them assist me with my marketing has been a game changer and I am seeing substantial growth in business in the short period I have been with them.

When I first spoke to Dave Perron, I was skeptical about hiring an SEM company to manage our ads. Many of my colleagues operating smaller law firms had bad experiences and spent a lot of money without getting any results. Dave assured me that they would generate results within two months if we gave them a chance. They offered a guarantee on their management fees if we did not see results so I tried them out. So far it has been 2 months since we started and about 6 weeks into our campaigns. We have gone from one call a week to multiple calls a day. The quality of the leads are getting better and the conversion rate has been great. Our team leader Allie Lahn has been amazing at getting back to us and staying on top of leads and any issues we've had. We decided to use Soul Pepper for all of our campaigns going forward. I highly recommend their services as they are reasonably priced and get you results. At the very least you should try them for two months and see for yourself!

We spent a small fortune at Soulpepper and saw literally no results. A tonne of promises, but we ended up having to re-write every bit of content they created (incorrect info as well as poor grammar). Anything that gained us traction during our time with Soulpepper came from ideas we came up with and implemented ourselves. We had to manage our own google analytics, and the website they built us was super lame and did not function well across platforms. Had to get a new one built a year later. Overall, a terrible experience, and a financial loss not welcome to a small business.
