Their attention to detail with issues of keeping water inside the shower area, re: seals, sloping of my shower base edge, best height of door, choice of hardware colour, and ease and quality of installation. They also offered prompt install dates, with no undue waiting time. Top all around!

Pro Glass Services and Replacement
I needed a simple shower door to replace a big box door that was installed 15 months ago. I wanted it to look like it would in a good hotel - The made that happen. It fits perfectly, and has the quality I didn't have at the big box store (thick glass that seals and closes perfectly). Friendly service and great after-sale support.

I was unable to find a local supplier for glass shower doors for my cottage and was relieved to discover Rhem. They were extremely helpful in assisting in the design of the doors, which were produced in approximately one week and came in under budget. I'm very pleased with the end results and appreciate their professionalism from start to finish.

They was successful at getting this job from me because they were quick to return my calls and answered all my questions satisfactorily. They came in the same day I requested to do the measuring, and were able to do the job quicker than estimated because I had guests coming. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final look.

From the time I called for a quote through to installation service was prompt and professional. Pricing was very good.When I ordered doors they said they would be ready in 2 weeks and they showed up in a week!! Installers were professional and took pride in their work

The installers came on time and the glass looks great. The company even provided some extra service that I requested (additional caulking around the shower) free of charge, which was generous. Service level here is fantastic.
