Great location, very close to downtown amenities. Rooms are spacious, modern and well priced. Large parking lot is always nice. Service was excellent, would stay again.

We had our wedding at Leaside Manor. They were very easy to work with for planning and setting up. We were given early access the day before to set up the dining room. I have attached photos of the rooms and dining area.Rooms were awesome, very unique, comfortable, well decorated & set up for guests to arrive. The food was good, no complaints from anyone. Good amount of parking for everyone (18 guests).Only downside was that after the wedding we went to use the jacuzzi tub, however black stuff started spitting out of the jets, so that came to an end very quickly.Otherwise, had a lovely wedding, lovely venue, lovely rooms, food was good and service was awesome.

Great spot for our wedding weekend. We had a suite with our own private entrance which worked well for our bridal party. Great experience

Great room with lots of character. Built in 1921. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. We ate in the cozy dining room but they will deliver to your room at no extra charge.

Stayed in the signal Hill suite, it was very spacious and cozy ! The service was great and the breakfast was delicious! Would recommend of staying in the downtown st.john's area !
