Dr. Koo and team are fantastic. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly, and every single staff member is incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at their job. I have some sensitive teeth and not once have I ever been made to feel uncomfortable and I've never winced in pain. These guys are the best!

Absolutely atrocious business. Dr. Newman insisted on unnecessary treatment to rack up as much billing as possible, and then hassled me about my claim payment process even though she knew nothing about it. I only found out my treatment was either unnecessary or too expensive after my claim was partially denied.They called me literally every other day for three weeks while they waited for a cheque. In the end, what I told them about payment was right all along and I have yet to hear from them again.Avoid at all costs. Don't be tempted by the late hours. There's a clinic at Yonge/Bloor that appears to have excellent customer service...Midtown Dental. I'll be there from now on.
