The worst groomers. Brought my dog home, she has bald spots and she is not happy. She was shaking when I picked her up. She wont jump up, we cant grab her she yelps. She has been curled up and hiding since she has been home. It has been 24 hours and we left 2 messages, no one has called us back. We wanted to see if something happened to our dog, maybe she fell or interacted with another dog. NO response from this company. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG THERE

The WORST groomers you could ever bring your pet to.I brought my 5lbs 11 year old morkie in today to get groomed and they cut him by his leg. When I asked about it, they said oh don’t worry it doesn’t hurt him and it isn’t that bad, he didn’t bleed much. I posted a picture on their google photos so everyone can see. You can clearly see his flesh. He has been down since I’ve picked him up and hasn’t been moving around much.Also, their customer service is horrible!! I called every single day for a week just to try to get an appointment, but no one ever answers the phone. I had to go into the store just to get an appointment. This is my first and last time going here. The only reason you guys got my business is because I just moved around the area.Everyone else, stay away from his place!!!

This is the ONLY place I would bring my dog for grooming in the GTA. I've got a senior labradoodle that is almost 14 years old and he still loves coming here. They have always been great with him and as he is getting older they are patient and gentle with him. Best pet groomer in the city!!!

This place is horrible! I would give them a negative 10 rating if I could. They cut my dog in two places. One cut on her belly and the other on her shoulder. The wounds needed to be treated by the veterinarian. They didn’t even take responsibility for it as they claimed not to know. I’m sure the dog yelped. They even had the audacity to charge me handling fees. They caged her and told me that eventually my dog would probably cut her tongue and lose a tooth because she tried to escape from the cage. Staff is also very rude and impatient with the dogs. I heard them yell at a dog while I was waiting for mine. I will never ever go back. DO NOT take your dog here to be groomed. This place has changed. It used to be a premium place to trust your dog to. It is now staffed with inexperienced, impatient and abusive groomers.

Jessica and team are amazing! Been going here for many years. Our little morkie gets the royal treatment, it is like he is family.

I highly recommend The Pet Spaw and Lounge for your dog's grooming needs..... They are my 4th and final attempt at finding a groomer here in central Etobicoke. They actually listened to what I wanted for my black Standard Poodle. They also recommended styles and cuts that make her look fantastic. Our dog Payje loves it there....she pulls on the leash to enter as soon as arrive.. I feel more than comfortable leaving her there in their great care

There is many good things about this pet salon. They care about your pet, they try and accommodate changes and do a good job in grooming. Unfortunately, i think their receptionist could be more friendly and kind when speaking with customers. I have decided to use another salon.
