We could not be more pleased with our purchase. Mark Sullivan from EuroLine in Victoria was our key contact for the purchase of all our windows and doors for our newly constructed home and garage. Their service was excellent and they were emphatic on quality. Our installer provided quality installation and has been attentive to adjustments when required. These windows are not only beautiful but provide the best of weather protection. We experience wind and driving rain... no problem. They provide the utmost sound barrier. Our home is very quiet. Our nano-door is our favorite. It is the center piece of our home and has provided a wonderful outdoor living landscape. All in all, we are more than pleased and would not hesitate to purchase EuroLine windows and doors again as they are a superior product. I have been using Eurline for the last few years. I have been impressed with the windows, service, and innovation. My sales guy (David Hirsch) is easy to work with and always has answers my questions quickly. David also makes it easier as he treats my clients well. Being in this industry for 15+ years...the service is a big factor when deciding whom to work with. Euroline service has been excellent.

Bad showroom and consultation experience with sales person, Brian H.As a potential new client, I contacted Euroline looking for a consult for windows and doors for my Vancouver project. I was arranged to have a meeting with Brian at the showroom in North Delta and had a terrible sales experience with him. It left us with a bad taste for Euroline and at the least, would not recommend Brian as a sales person for anyone looking to do business with Euroline.For a project of twenty four windows and three patio doors, my wife and I wanted to look at the products Euroline offered. We wanted to ask questions, and discuss to detail our specifications for each window so that we could have a precise quote from Euroline - none of which happened. Our goal for our consult was to leave Euroline with a sense of accomplishment and to make an educated decision when it came to choosing our window supplier.When we sat down with Brian, we had told him that we had visited other local window suppliers for quotes and these companies varied in price range. Being new to home building, we wanted to have a greater understanding of what different price tiers offered their clients and end-users. We felt that once we mentioned lower tiered window suppliers, it was easier for him to push us out the door. We felt as if he assumed that Euroline windows would be out of our price range. He even went as far as asking me if I was wasting his time, I had to reassure him that I was not. That was quite embarrassing while being in the showroom.Twenty six minutes into our consultation, I asked him if it would be a good time for us to sit down and discuss the drawings. He mentioned to us that he only had 4 minutes left in the meeting which shocked both my wife and I as we had allotted one and a half hours out of our busy schedules for these consultations similar to what other window suppliers would have done. He did not mention to us that he had only booked us for thirty minutes. If we had known, we would not have even considered coming to the showroom as our drive from Vancouver took longer than the consultation itself.Brian did not prepare any of our drawings for the consultation even though they had been sent and a meeting was booked five days prior to. He even confirmed our meeting one hour before it occurred.Seeing as we had only 4 minutes left with Brian, we asked him to quickly print the drawings so we can discuss to detail what we wanted in our quotes. Once he had it printed, I started going over each window. As I started discussing specifications on the first front window, he cut us off and told us to send quotes other window manufacturers had prepared for us so that he can copy and build a quote from those consultations. This was quite inappropriate as different manufactures offer different products and features.We greatly value our time and efforts and that was wasted with Brian at Euroline. Our hope is that your experience will be different.

It's our first-time building house for our living. Before visiting Euroline in Delta we went to at least 5 places to shop for windows. Brian at Euroline windows helped us at every corner and made our decision easy, to find right windows and doors we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable to find exactly what we were looking for with city norms. With The City of Vancouver requirements according to the new code it was hard for average window manufacturers to match the 1.1 USI efficiency requirement. Other companies were showing us the easy ways to fool the city. Brian show us the right product and specifications of the window glass we actually need. To be honest initial I thought it was too expensive but when I asked other manufacturer for the price of 6mm glass with triple glaze that euroline use, it was way more then euroline price. Right now we are installing drywall. So far on every inspection I got compliments on window quality from the city inspectors and same thing from every tradesmen who has worked so far in the house.Thanks to Brian and Euroline. Forgot to mention the Technicians. Their work is beyond the praise. Roman is very helpful fellow.

Very happy with the service and products provided by EuroLine Windows. Working with David Hirsch was fantastic as he went above and beyond helping us select our layout and type of windows/doors. The installation team was very professional and did a great job. Our windows function beautifully in our house thanks to the experience of and reliability of David and his team. We have chosen to work with Euroline Windows on quite a few projects now. One of our most recent ones was Canterbury, a big home renovation which included replacing all the windows, as well as adding an aluminum folding door onto the patio. It's been 18 years since we bought our windows and had issues with 2 of 6 windows. One window had the gas fog up between panes after 12 years, and the other was crank handle that stripped inside of the crank casing. The booking for repairs is a hassle requiring several calls but the actual service techs were professional, arrived on time, and did a good job on the repairs. Customer service follow up call post service helped resolve an invoicing and service issue which I appreciated

Euroline Windows (Alfred J was our sales rep) did a tremendous job on our new build in Vancouver. From professional estimate /advice to quality install & amazing customer service. I would highly recommend their windows for value conscious clients who are looking for custom windows for large expanses! These guys rock!
