The lighting in my condo is a particular highlight, they've carefully planned how many spots are positioned to help reduce glare and how those lights are placed to emphasize vertical spaces.

There's nothing like waking up to the view of the river from your room. The apartment looks exactly as expected, and the decor was perfect! It's in the perfect location with all of the amenities you could need.

All about location. Metalworks located on Arthur Street next to the Speed River. Looks towards the Basilica of the Lady Immaculate on the Hill. Close to Public Transportation Hub including the GO Train, Via Train, Greyhound & Local Guelph Transit. Scenic Walks along the Speed River & The Eramosa River. Run, Jog, Stroll why Rush?

The property manager is so rude and disrespectful to the young residents. She goes out of her way to make people feel unwelcome in their own homes and going after the young residents with dogs in a pet friendly building.. Always being told where your dogs can and can’t pee outside of the building and if your pet does use an area that is not allowed you get yelled at for not following the rules. It’s very disappointing to pay so much to live in a nice apartment building to be treated so poorly by a someone who works there.

Landlord's racist. Treated my boyfriend like he both wasn't capable of working and refused to give an application while looking at him disgustedly for no apparent reason. Really unusual how this is the first apartment, or place in general really, where this has happened. Highly recommend not moving here unless you're white.

Front lobby and hallways were clean. There security at the main doors. All paperwork for covid is posted. Haven't seen inside a apparent.
