Curtis Gas Fitting & Heating

Curtis got me out of a real jam.The furnace quit on a -31C day March 2019.Out of town I wasn't able to get someone to the house to open up for him until late Saturday night. He came out, adapted a furnace motor to fit my hard to find parts application and had it up and running in a few hours.This guy knows his stuff and worked fast to get heat going in the house. I have no hesitation recommending him to others.

I had a great experience with Curtis Mechanical. When I called, he was very busy, but made time for my small job. Called before he arrived, gave me an estimate for the work before he stated, which was about $300 LESS than the last plumber I had called. He completed on time, and the work was great. If you need a plumber in Strathmore, this is the guy to call

I am sure Curtis does a fantastic job, however, we went with KMW Heating in Strathmore due to them having a 0$ call fee, unlike Curtis, who would have charged $75 just to have him come take a look at our furnace. Also, when I cancelled my appointment he didn't make me feel too good about changing our minds and going with someone else who was cheaper.

Called before arrival. Straight to solve the issue. Just fantastic service and workmanship while also being very informative. I would highly recommend his service

I will say I was hesitant to use Curtis based on some of the negative reviews here but I'm in strathmore - so options are limited. I called Curtis and he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining all my options for a water heater (small job) but I'm a techie so he went in depth. They came out next day for less$ than the other guys and installed a nice heater.Two weeks later, there is water all over my floor. I shut off the water lines and he called me back first thing in the morning and came out right away to look. Turns out it was a humidifier issue. He came himself with the installer, reassured me that the heater will be ok and it wasn't an install problem. He showed me the old humidifier lines that seem to have broken, causing the issue. He proceeded to have his tech upgrade the lines just to make sure I was happy.Not sure why people have anything negative to say. Perfect customer service. Thanks Curtis - you guys are my go to from here on out.

Thanks to Curtis for coming and fixing our ancient furnace. Very professional, on time, came back the next say after a secondary issue and fixed everything perfectly. Being in Strathmore, And having little options for callouts - I will use them again. I'm very much about keeping with a business if they treat you right... After finally returning my message in Nov. Service was scheduled for Dec 7 afternoon. I took afternoon off work. No show no call. Even went in to office week later. Still nothing. Sorry for any personal injury that may have occurred. That does not excuse the shameful service. It is hard to not share this brutal experience with friends, family.
