Wooden Nickel Furniture Repair

I had them recane a bench and refinish it. They did an excellent job. Now I'm having them repair and refinish 6 Temple Stuart chairs from my dining set. I'm glad they moved from St. John's to Lansing.

I am thrilled with the results of my heirloom nightstand. They did a fantastic job in refinishing this piece for the next generation and they gave me a reasonable timeline for the project. They are top notch and I highly recommend!

Chris did an excellent job with my special shoe table! I damaged one of the legs and he came up with an excellent idea in fixing it. I decided to have it done to the other 3 legs on the table. Now it is nice and secure and the legs won't fall off! Wish I had more broken furniture I could take to him! Thanks for fixing my table Chris and taking special care of it!

Dining room table (Danish modern probably from the 60s or 70s) broke at the corner support. They fabricated a new corner support, affixed it and it is as good as new. Price was reasonable, and since it was too big for my vehicle, they picked it up and delivered the repaired table. The table was fixed in about two days, and delivered back in about a week. Liked them so much we're having the 4 chairs re-rushed and tightened. Can't wait to see restored to their former glory.

Recently had a chair that sat in a family built cabin from early 70s. My great-grandfather, grandfather, father, and now me all spent hours falling asleep in this chair which hold a lot of memories. I wanted it restored so show off this piece (and its literally one of the comfiest recliners I ever sat in). Wooden Nickel and specifically Chris did a great job. This chair required it all, wood to be redone, new cushioning, repair to some of the broken leg pieces, and finally an reupholstered. This chair looks great as well as function great now. My girlfriend which hated the chair and wanted a new recliner but once she saw this she think it looks great. Would definitely recommend and will return for additional pieces that need work!

We are new to the area and needed a family heirloom refinished. I had read other good reviews for the Wooden Nickel Refinishing and felt that I could trust them with the piece. I am so glad that we did because they did an amazing job refinishing it! It matches really well with other pieces in the room, and it now has a beautiful protective finish that will more durable.
