If you're looking for more of a customer service experience, I recommend you go to Battery Battery instead (further down Lorne Street going towards Copper Cliff, next to Deluxe). If you need their assistance to open up the unit's case which contains the battery (which Magnacharge refuses to do - they have some unhelpful store policy which they hide behind), or check your battery's energy levels (Magnacharge apparently doesn't even have a battery tester on hand for any sized battery, and the store clerk mentioned she prefers it that way). Otherwise, the price was okay, and the store seemed clean.

Steve and his Team are top notch. Great service when you buy the batteries...and even better after sales service when you need advice or have to deal with a warranty problem. Magnacharge is the only place I have bought my batteries for years.
