WARNING: DO NOT BUYWe have bought a recliner from them on Dec 31st. Few months later the wooden piece broke and we requested for repair/warranty. After one of the service investigated, we got an update from the store saying they will refund us just $200 in Brick store credits. After the talk today mentioning I have spent $85 on a 3 year warranty. They finally told me that they can offer $299 in brick store credits. I don’t think I can trust them anymore to set foot in the store so I rejected the offer. I hope anyone reading this would think twice before buying from there. Thanks and have a great day. They shipped us a floor model of a couch (even though it took weeks to arrive and we were promised that we would get a new couch) missing the feet and then never sent us the 4 feet that were missing. (They only sent us one foot which is useless as the couch would be unbalanced without the other 3.)I spent a year calling them asking for help before I gave up. Pathetic customer service, never buy anything from this store. They don't respect their customers. I have an email trail to prove this story from A to Z in case anyone ever wants to see it! Zero stars if I could!

It was my life's worst decision to purchase from Brick LaSalle store. They sell cheap quality pathetic products. The bed I ordered from them is completely defective and I informed them via email to replace it.The customer service is way more pathetic than the actual products. They don't answer calls, never replies on email. I had to visit store multiple times, they made sure I have been kept waiting for hours before they listen to you. The worst part is they even deny to accept that the product is defective and force you keep it as there is no return policy.Note: there is no return policy, if you received a bed quality product you have to keep it anyways.From my experience, I would not suggest anyone to buy from Brick. Its waste of time, effort and mental trauma.If i could rate them 0 or even below that I would have chosen it.

Terrible experience at The Brick Lasalle! Purchased many items (bedroom set, 2 desks, dining set, tv stand, and more) in early June with a promised delivery date in early July and they never showed up! When I went in to inquire, I was told that some of the order was delayed by the manufacturer, but I could split the order and receive some of it soon. When I finally got the first part of my order, parts were missing from a desk. After calling customer service and waiting on hold for a VERY long time, I was told that the missing parts were included in the box with the hutch - which I did not want or order! They forced me to buy the hutch if I wanted to get the extra parts then refused to price match another local store. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order to be delivered.The Brick sucks! I will never buy from them again. Shop anywhere else. Do NOT recommend!!

The store gave us the worst experience that anyone could possible have we bought a sofa on the 5th July, 2023. The condition we had while buying the sofa was that it will be delivered to us on 7th July 2023. The sofa was delivered but the wrong color. We sent an email on the same day and have had no response till today, tried calling 100 times no one ever picked up. Then went to the store to complain and we were assured that the right one would be sent. We waited for the delivery even after getting the wrong color first time. The second time when the delivery guys came in to deliver the color was wrong again. The second time. Went to the store for the 3rd time to complain waited 15 minutes and then complained about the issue. They promised to deliver on 12th July no one came no call from the store after that to follow up. The manager is never in store. The store representative Jasmine assured that we will get the right sofa this time but nothing happened. Gave us 80 CAD cash credit that we again have to go and collect in the store. To return the wrong color sofa we had to wait for some one to come pick it up and then go to the store again to claim the money. The guy who sold us the sofa the first time was Said S. He never bothered to follow up. After paying 800 CAD for a sofa we are going through so much trouble, the disappointment, the number of visits to the store. It is so sad that the customer service has no value to these people. The worst experience I ever had even after paying the money it’s like no one cares. I am still waiting for a resolution and that’s the funny part no way to communicate except for going to the store the 5th time.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this store. Initially, during my visit to the store, they assured me that everything I needed - a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer - was readily available and would be delivered on time. Little did I know that my excitement would soon turn into a nightmare.ade the purchase a month in advance, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my appliances. However, on the day of delivery, the store informed me that the stove was unexpectedly unavailable. This sudden change left me in utter disbelief and frustration.To make matters worse, when the washer and dryer were delivered, the delivery personnel caused significant damage to my floor. Not only that, but they also connected the dryer without even bothering to remove the plastic bag that was used as a cover. It was a careless and negligent act, which could have potentially led to a fire or damage to the dryer if I hadn't noticed and rectified the situation myself.As if these issues weren't enough, when the delivery personnel arrived with the fridge, I kindly requested them to allow me just 10 minutes to remove the backyard door and make it wider to fit the fridge. However, they flatly refused, claiming that it wouldn't fit, and took the fridge back with them. Now, I find myself in my new home without a fridge or a stove, all due to their incompetence and lack of considerationThis entire experience has left me feeling utterly frustrated and disappointed. I trusted this store to provide me with quality products and reliable service, but they have failed me at every turn. I strongly advise others to reconsider making any purchases from this store unless they want to face similar frustrations and inconveniences.I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others and that the store takes immediate action to rectify their shortcomings and provide better customer service in the future.

Worst experience! They delivered a fridge to my house and completely ruined my door. They didn’t want to fix it and asked me to deal with it and send them the bill… and after over 5 months, they still haven’t reimbursed me.When I go in person, no one wants to take ownership, customer service blames their delivery services, and ask me to deal with them, and the delivery service asks me to deal with Brick!!!Never again!!!!!!

UPDATE: After posting my review (below) I was contacted by someone from costumer service (Tara) who was extremely helpful and quick to right the wrong. I had a brand new kitchen table in a couple of weeks from writing my review. I appreciate the fact that I was heard and they acted quickly to fix the issues on their end. Thank you Tara!Do not waste your money or time dealing with this store or their products. I bought a kitchen table set. (The ironworks 6 piece). I specifically asked if this set was kid strong". I wanted something that could handle a couple of children and not breakdown in a year. I was told this set was perfect. I was told it was made with Asian wood and was very sturdy and strong. Within 3 months the laminate on the table top was lifting. It causes splinters... my children are constantly hurting themselves on it. We called to have it replaced but was told it could take a few months due to the pandemic. I was very understanding toward that. We waited and 6 months after we reported the table we still had not heard anything concerning a replacement so we called again. They apparently lost our request and we had to restart our claim allover again.again because of covid we were told it was going to be awhile. We waited months again. It's now been two years and this table is a big piece of s*it that not only is embarrassing to show off but is still hurting myself and my children. Contacting the brick now they tell me my warranty is no longer good. I can't help but feel that they played me. As a single parent I cannot just go out and purchase a new table. I was proud when I was able to purchased this set for my family but within three months nothing but frustration and disappointment from the brick. I strongly regret trusting in this store to replace what rightfully should of been replaced and strongly regret trusting in their products."

Update** it's been 2 weeks and I have been calling them for days and no one answers the phone to work! I had to call a different location to schedule a delivery for my matress. What is that?Bought a beautiful eurotop similar to this one from the brick at 899 plus tax today. No box spring but great quality and great service. The wait however is long, they said 2 weeks before we receive it.

My fridge broke down today, and I had to get one as soon as possible. Akim was very thoughtful of my budget, he pointed us exactly to what we could afford and fit our space. He was extremely kind, patient and I highly recommend you go talk to him should you require to buy from Brick Lasalle!
