I visited the white oaks bell store to get a new phone and transfer my number over from my old account. Kinnaly was awesome and even dealt with my stepmom (who is a bit much) with patience, a smile and helped us through everything. Thank you Kinnaly.

This past weekend I bought 2 new phones from John and Scott. These Bell employees are the backbone of great customer service and are both extremely informed on phones, plans and technical knowledge. Aside from the excellent customer experience, John and Scott had great recommendations for places to eat (especially places for good wings). If you need a place to get a new Bell service, John and Scott are the people to see at White Oaks. Thanks again fellas

Rachit is an employee at bell that was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. I am so impressed with his customer focused sales and technical skills. Made my experience of changing phone providers seamless and stress free. It is so unusual to get that great service anymore. Also a call out to the others working at white oaks London Ontario location. The store is definitely where I recommend you go if your looking for great knowledgeable customer focused staff.

Absolutely exceptional customer service from Rachit & John last week trading in my old Samsung for the new Iphone. I can't say enough great things about them. So friendly and they had the utmost patience and perseverance as we navigated through transferring everything over. Thank you both again!

Bell at White Oaks mall is the best! Satyam was my customer service rep that helped me through upgrading to an new phone. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back there when it’s time for new phone or other services.

Went here to get sim card and phone plan and Rachit was the one who helped me he was super nice and helpful. If your coming here I recommend you ask for him to help you.

Omg they were awesome. That is the store at white oaks . I wills all ways go there from here on. Those stores on dundas or Richmond will make you pay through the nose. The deals are at the mall stores. I would give you the difference in price but that would be wrong. But go find out for yourself and you will see you will never go back to these other stores.
