I have several pairs of boots from here and love them all, they are comfortable, stylish and great quality. I also have a few purses and wallets which are amazing. I love Fancy That! They have made shopping easy during covid 19. I ordered a pair of boots and a purse - picked them up and after getting them home the fit on the left leg was not right for me. I messaged and with my receipt with me I returned to the store and Jillian and her associate assisted me in finding a proper fit in a different boot. I also picked up a few stocking stuff items as this was just before Christmas - lovely store - easy to find - and many beautiful boots - short and tall and in between - lovely purses and so much more! Shopping online is easy!

Ordered a pair of boots online in the evening and could have had them the next day if I was more in the ball with my email. Had them a couple days later. So far they are a great boot I use to go to work. I’ve had many complaints! I would definitely order from Fancy That again!
