Good building. No amenities. No garbage chute so you have to actually work like 6 mikutes to go to the garbage room.

Union Square seems to be quite a nice quiet building right next to Haultain Park, between Colours and The Park condos. It is a favourite among dog lovers.

This property is managed by Keystone Management company and I would say that very poorly managed. Water shutdown is very frequent usually 2 times per month. sometimes on a short notice. 1 elevator not working for a month.

Weird dude with an accent that seemed South African lived here. The condo management company also made it difficult for me to dispose of bodies by locking down their garbage so tight.

Although location is convenient and the First Street Market is great, I'd caution against buying or renting in this building as others have also noted. There have been many water issues over the last months - floods and shut offs to clean/fix piping - which is inconvenient and also means there is a consistent flow of people coming into your unit. On top of it, there have been elevator and A/C issues too.
