If I could give this place zero stars I would. It takes 50-60 minutes on hold to book an appointment every time, and then once you have an appointment they make you wait 60 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr. Manson Mak has been my family doctor for many years. He's patient and caring. The staff at the clinic is top notch very kind and professional. They get their job done quick and always called me back if there was a followup required. Thank you all the doctors, nurses and staff!

I have been with Dr. Kostopolus since Dr. Chiozza moved to another city. Dr. Kostopolus has been my angel I have a lot of medical health issues and she makes sure that I am going to the best specialists for each health issue that I suffer from. If you don't like to hear from a doctor who is direct and blunt about your health or how she feels about what you are telling her then find another way dealing with it or another doctor. My question to the people who posts things on here about the loss of a family members and blame the doctors instantly, first of all I am sorry for your loss but why didn't you go to emergency if it wasn't getting better? These are family physicians to help the best they can. You do have the right for a second opinion. Also the ladies on front reception area have to deal with a lot, so before you start stating that they are rude, walk a day in their shoes or think hey maybe they have a lot on their plate at work or home, everyone is allowed to have bad days. If you can do it better and keep a smile on your face 24/7 then apply for that type of job let the world know how it works out for you. Customer Service is complicated on the best of days you can not make everyone happy. Second opinions are always available for someone who is not happy with the results they receive. Hope no one takes offense to my post, that's not what I am saying or doing. I just think people have to think before they post things and take a look outside the box for other solutions besides blaming others, this is just my opinion. Dr Nadine Manson was my family doctor for 18 years. She is amazing! When my family moved to Hamilton, we still traveled to Brampton to see her, until we just couldn't do it anymore. The saddest part of leaving Brampton was losing Dr Manson as a doctor. She is an incredibley busy lady but always found time to give my family the greatest medical care...and we were a handful. I recommend her to everyone!

It is a busy clinic. The front desk staff have always been friendly. They are doing their best to meet the needs of the patients in the office, on the phone and co-coordinating with other doctor's offices and specialists. And yes if I call at 830 when they open I expect to be on hold for a few minutes. All of the doctors keep emergency appointments daily that can only be booked the day of. The walk in clinic is great, every day till 7 and Saturday Mornings till early afternoon.

I am really happy with this clinic and how well organized they are. I just recently came to the walk in and the receptionist was so friendly and kind (not sure her name). Also, Erica, one of the main receptionist is so friendly, caring and compassionate, she always greets me by name and even remembered to congratulate me on my new born baby, and I hadn't even brought him in yet. She is so lovely and extremely accommodating. Everyone is so lovely here. Dr. Agarwal is my GP and he is phenomenal, I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and thoughtful, everything a good doctor should be.

I think Dr. Manson is awesome, this is about a fill-in who's getting a CPSO complaint tomorrow Dr. Kastopoulis. She was So condescending and non compliant to any service, would constantly talk over me stating excuses, which no Dr. OR Nurse Practitioner has ever given me issues over, get off ur high horse

Dr. Kostopoulos is a kind and caring doctor and has been my kids' physician for 14 years now. The office staff is wonderful not rude like other doctors' offices. Easy to book appointments and I like that they will email you lab requests and prescriptions.

I am giving one star solely based on my experiences I have had with the receptionists. I have been with BEM for over 10 years, one thing that hasn't changed is the attitude of the receptionists towards the patients. You only need one person to spoil the image of all receptionists. The one I spoke to was rude, huffing and puffing" over the phone like she had to be somewhere and when asked to book an appointment for a requested date she says out aloud

I became a patient of Dr Shilash last year and I must say he is one of the most amazing doctor I have ever seem. He is very humble, respectful and always willing to listen. For the short time I have been his patient he has helped me so much and I have full faith and confidence in him. I recently brought my parents to him and they absolutely love him. I wish there was more doctors like him.
