Refeal answered my call during the long weekends quickly and was very patient in listening all my description of the issues, suggested some potential solutions, and provided a very fair cost estimate. He arrived within 3 hours the same day with all the materials and professional tools. After examine the situation, he was able to identify more issues due to previous owner's DIY jobs and proposed to replace the down pipes altogether instead of repairing them, with a bit more cost to only cover the materials.The job was done nicely and professionally within an hour.
