I've had nothing but amazing care here. They are extremely thorough and they really take their time for each case. They demonstrate care and understanding in every case. Their prices are also extremely reasonable and lower than most other places.

They are all very friendly here, and were patient and caring with me as I dealt with my cats diabetes and eventual euthanasia. I received a card after offering condolences. Naomi is a favorite of mine and I am always comfortable talking with her.

The care here for my puppy was wonderful. The vet really loves animals, which makes you feel comfortable with care being administered.**I do wish that since they are more expensive than most other veterinary centres, that they would go over pricing with you before anything is done. This though doesn't change my views on returning as the service that I did receive was great - 5 stars.

My family was camping out at Arm Lake when our little fur-baby, Gus, developed an eye infection. We called the clinic and they squeezed us in on short notice and took such great care of Gus. He was prescribed eye drops for the infection and he started getting so much better by that same evening.We were so thankful for the care and urgency they took with our Gus and loved all of the staff that served us. Thank you!

The staff are all very caring and honest. I had a bad experience going to the other veterinary clinic in Wainwright where they told me my visit would cost one price and when I left I had paid double what they told me and they would not give me back my dog until I had paid it. This veterinary clinic does not try to rip you off, has good prices, and are honest about their medical opinions.

I've had pets die due to treatment provided by this clinic but I've also been blatantly overcharged for things not physically possible in my pets. At least a half-dozen of my co-workers have come to me complaining about the treatment and numerous pet deaths after simple check-ins. It is frustrating to see they have such high reviews.

Very professional. I just lost my job so i on a stretch budget and my dog need 2 lumps remove. Cost me half the price from any other place, they ask me what do i WANT for the surgery saving me lots money on suplementary fees for things that my dog don't need. They removed all the tumor like nothing did happen. I highly recommend. Thanks again

Great place, the staff are very friendly and helpful everyone seems to care about you and your pets, we took 13 pups in for there first visit and they where treated with kindness great experience for the puppies, prices are also good I would recommend this place to everyone..
