I called in today because the app did not show me the last bill ( sept) The customer service lady was extremely rude/ frustrated/ not even understanding what i am saying. When I tried to explain. She was kept yelling “ mam! Mam!”, I see under account here. I told her I understand you can see bcoz it is a system for you but unfortunately does not show on my side. Can you please update it. Maybe a system issue. And she rudely would say NO! It is not. You did not do the payment. However I had the payment confirmation from RBC .anyway, After 10 min ( oh after 34 min waiting time) she said yah. It is there. In 2 days all will be fine and no more late will show on app. Very disappointing experience with such big company . Hope never to deal with their customer service ever again.
