The worst service ever i see on my entire life of tim horton brunches . The service is so so so slow it could reach to more than 30 mins . I do not recommend this store to any one .

I’ll never go back here, this is the wort TH I’ve ever been in, we waited for 25min for 2 coffees 2 bagels and a soup. The guy serving us was going Back and forth and just turning around making himself look busy but he was doing nothing, grabbing something from here to there and going in the back coming back talking to other colleagues, we counted 9 served on the drive through for one served in the inside!!!!We asked for bagel with cream and we got just the smell of the cream. Very cheap. It was a very dirty place and we had to clean our table by ourselves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No cream cheese on my bagel as I asked cream cheese and I asked for croissant and paid and they didn't put in order...

This Tim Hortons is never open on time. It says open online at 6 and I waiting in drive thru which made me late for work until 6:30 on top of that there was no food despite every employee coming in late.I definitely wont be back there

SLOWEST drive-through ever. I waited about 15min with only 4 cars in the drive-through.. I had to turn off my engine twice, painfully long 20 minutes for just 1 coffee... the one time you take the drive-through, slowest ever. Train your staff, do better.

The atmosphere is okay, but I wish they had a bigger kitchen. Tim has been adding so much in the menu, but only 1 person to cook everything for inside and drive-tru. You can tell the staff is not happy but they do their best. Not their fault but Tim should have menu adjusted by the size of the kitchen per location to give a better customer service and better food

Went there this morning Sunday 02/Oct/2023. When we got there there were 2 cars in the drive through ahead of us. It took 15 mins just to get my order in. Thinking they might be short on staff and having maybe 2 employees I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then another 15 minutes later we finally got to the window and to my astonishment I counted not 3, not 4 but 5 employees!!! How in the world do 5 employees take 30 minutes to serve a few customers inside and 3 cars outside in 30 minutes? This HAS to be the worst Tim's in Canada! I gave a 1 cause I couldn't give 0! I will NEVER go back there again even though its directly on my way to work! I will go elsewhere even if I have to go out of my way, the time I take at their drive through is surely longer than making a detour to get to the next Tim.

One of the slowest drive thru and service. Better to go to the Tim Hortons in Laval Pie IX(5min car ride) and come back then waiting at this place. Waited 25min for an icecap and wrap. Came to the window, I see employees texting before finishing the order and she got the order wrong.
