The Farm Rehearsal Studios

The Farm Rehearsal Studio is a very well equipped facility that allows the opportunity for Musicians to interact in a well managed and maintained environment. I look forward to my visits to The Farm as I get the opportunity to be creative with my friends without distraction. Friendly helpful staff, great atmosphere, and all your recording needs for you serious creators....I absolutely love this place! Just bring your instrument and plug right in.

The Farm is a great place to rehearse or record with a full band setup and lots of equipment in good condition. Rob is always friendly and easy to deal with. I'm not sure I would even really have a band or have made as much improvement over the past 3 years, if it wasn't for practicing at The Farm. I'd recommend this facility to everyone

Was my first but not my last visit. They have some great renovations going on and improvements to the studio rooms. Really friendly people.

Great place to jam in Markham.There's rental equipment guitar, keyboard, amps, etc. but make sure you bring your own equipment.

Great affordable rehearsal spot! Rob is always available to book even on short notice. The rooms are perfect for small to large bands, the gear is always maintained and ready to plug in and the location is in a great location for ppl coming from the city or the suburbs. We’ve been booking with Rob for years now and he’s always friendly and ready to answer any questions. Highly recommend!!

Just want to give a big shout out to Rob at the Farm. This place rocks. We decided to jam here originally because it’s a good half-way point for us and the rates are affordable. I wouldn’t have guessed that a year later this place would become the highlight of my week. So many great jams and writing sessions have taken place at the Farm. All the studios are great, but we love the vibe in Studio 1 the best. At night there is a nice subtle shimmering light that comes through the window from the passing street lights. As far as gear it sure beats what I’m used to. Everything is of high quality and works well. If there was ever a problem with a piece of equipment or we needed some assistance, Rob the owner was always quick to sort it out. Never any issues. Recently our band Central Road recorded some demos in Studio 4 and we’re very happy with the results.

What can I say? Our band absolutely loves this place. We've been rehearsing here on the weekly for a year now. Quick communication and follow ups from the owner Rob, as well always on the premises to answer any questions or help you with the next booking. Quality gear in great shape as well the rooms are maintained and cleaned regularly. If you've rented space in Toronto from one of those big guys, you'll appreciate THE FARM. Rob also brings his years of the music industry right to THE FARM with his experience from PA/sound set up to recording, he can even record you right off the floor. The hourly price is great and the time blocks are pretty flexible. If your band is looking to Jam or rehearse it is worth the trip. The extra little thing for me.. parking. Lots of it and all close to the door. We are 7pc band and the largest room #5 suits us just fine and we are not cramped. Smaller rooms are available, but just call Rob up and he'll get you into a perfect size room for you.

Been coming for over a year now. Rob runs a great shop, rooms are always nice and clean, good gear, and very friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a place to rehearse.
