I eat here 2-3 times a week and I always order three chicken shawarma. I have no idea about other peoples’ experiences, but the food is always awesome and the staff is great at what they do.Girls are so nycI’ll see you tomorrow!

I recently visited Osmow's Shawarma for the first time, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The shawarma was delicious, with tender and flavorful meat, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. I also appreciated that they offer a wide range of sauces, including a garlic sauce that was incredibly creamy and flavorful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I could tell that they take pride in their work. The restaurant is also impeccably clean and inviting. Overall, Osmow's Shawarma exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes.

Of all the food choices in the food court, I chose to spend my money at this location. Unfortunately I was encountered with rude and unprofessional service, which is too bad, because the food was actually good. The portion of rice and meat was fair for the price, but the girl did skimp on the salad.

Worst quality meat and gross tasting shawarma wrap. Tried their beef shawarma and barely had any meat. Took frozen out of fridge and fried it on the pan , throw it on wrap and served you.Specially this location is the worst customer service. Messed up your order and never fix it.Never buy anything from them. The only reason they are having so many franchises is because people don't have much options.

I’m sorry to say but the girls that work there are very bad. Both in skill and customer service. They mess up the order 90% of the time, they don’t listen and overdo it on the hot sauce, and are just unpleasant to interact with. I ask for mild and I always get hot sauce pasted all over the inside of the shawarma wrap, to the point where it’s inedible and I’m sick of it. Look at how much hot sauce is in the wrap! Who does that??? Now I avoid ordering unless the guys are working. Don’t order from here unless the guys are there

I eat here 2-3 times a week and I always order three 12” chicken shawarma. I have no idea about other peoples’ experiences, but the food is always awesome and the staff is great at what they do. I think some people confuse “rude” with “I’m busy, I’m working and orders are piling up.”I’ll see you tomorrow!

Ordered the food in the evening to take out of the mall and eat at home. Ordered the lamb on the rocks, took a long time to get me my order as it looks like they had to cook it fresh. But clearly they took long because they were busy burning the meat. The lamb meat is shrunk and blackened, and have a dry burnt taste to it. There also seems to be a lack of any onions or veggies that is usually cooked into the meat.If i had checked the order before i left i would have asked for my money back.
