In was a real challenge, trying to find a business that repaired zippers on luggage. What a relief to find Whitemud Tailors.I was totally impressed with my initial phone call, and again during my face-to-face meeting. That feeling continued when returning to pick up our bag. A perfect job of replacing our broken zipper tabs. And ready for pickup on the promised date. Outstanding customer service.

The couple that runs this tailoring business is amazing. They took my outfit last minute and made sure it was ready and tailored before my event. I was nervous since I only had two days but it was perfect and they are both so kind! Highly recommend!

I just picked up my wedding dress after alterations were completed and it is absolutely perfect. Every interaction with the lady here was wonderful. She took in the bust and cups in my dress to make them smaller and it looks like the dress was originally made that way! She hemmed it to the perfect length and did a bustle for me. Very reasonable price for excellent service. The whole thing was completed in 4 weeks! Highly recommend! No nonsense and done right the first time!

They are an authorized repair shop for Samsonite. My beloved luggage was abused by Air Canada. Whitemud Tailors fixed things quickly. The place is not fancy but they get the job done. Recommended.

I had an extremely old suede jacket from the 1950’s. I loved it and wanted to fix the torn shoulder. I brought it in and they patched it brilliantly, and did the other shoulder to match it in case it tears in the future free of charge. Was thrilled with this service. Would recommend and will come back. :)

The couple that works here are amazing! very friendly, professional and had my wedding dress altered in two weeks! They explained the process of the alterations, went through the changes that would happen before anything happened and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the result. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, thanks to the alterations that happened to my dress to made it a custom fit. Thank you!

They did a fantastic repair on my motorcycle’s leather saddlebags. The zipper was broken on one and it needed to be re-stitched.He did it in 10-15 min. Awesome!
