Great and updated theatre. Leather recliner seats, many seat options. Great food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Big screen. We will be back!

Excellent movie theatre. Comfy seats, great picture quality, the sound doesn't burst your eardrums like most theaters, and Royal Tuesdays are a real blessing.

Overall: recommend and will be back.We went in March 2022 and were impressed by the updates over time; I had not been to the Royal Theatre in maybe 5-10 years, and the inside has transformed from just ok to genuinely awesome. Large, clear screen. Great sound. The most comfortable, recliner style chairs I’ve ever seen in a theatre. Definitely the way to see a new movie.

Seats are super comfy! Prices are reasonable, especially Tuesday where you get a pop, popcorn and movie for $12. Buy your tickets ahead of time and arrive 20-30mins early to avoid the mad scramble.

This is truly a little gem of a theatre in Trail. Great staff and prices. Usually not busy and the seats are very comfy!! Highly recommend
