Extremely rude. I have a brand new 2018 jeep and they were bashing my jeep right in front of me saying how the tires were worthless and the car wouldn't even be worth anything if they parted it out. The lady on front did nothing but glare at us and smoke. Would never consider them again

Dealership used this business to tint the windows on my new car. Before I even saw my car when I went to pick it up at the dealership the sales rep warned me of a lot of highly visible bubbles in the rear window. She told me the installers said these would go away over the next few days/weeks. Turns out they didn’t go away, and in addition every other window in the car had lots of highly visible air bubbles after several weeks.I booked an appointment to have the rear window redone. They admitted the installation was sub-par. They redid several of the side windows (the worst ones) and they ran out of time so I had to return for another appointment to redo the rest.Before the second appointment one of the windows they already did a second time needed to be done again for excessive bubbles again. Once again the business (owner? Manager?) agreed that it shouldn’t look like that. They redid that window again and several others. They again ran out of time but all windows had been redone once or twice except for one small window where the tint was installed too low leaving a visible gap at the top.When I went to make the third appointment for that one remaining window I noticed a bubble now forming on a rear passenger window. The same window they had already redone twice. I called and booked the appointment and the receptionist was very short and rude on the phone sounding very annoyed that I would be booking an appointment yet again, despite it being because of their poor workmanship.I decided after that conversation this was enough, and I emailed the owner (Jeff) letting him know that the job was still not complete and that I wouldn’t be coming in for that appointment after the rude phone conversation. No reply was received from owner.I’ve had many vehicles tinted in the past at other shops and never had to have any windows redone due to installation defects so I’m at a loss why this shop has so many issues. Having to miss work 3-4 times to have them redo the tint over and over is not acceptable. I guess I’ll end up paying another company to redo the windows that still need fixing so at least in know it will be done in a single visit.

Quick and easy. Booked an appointment less than a week out from when I stopped in. Dropped car off when they opened, had it back well before lunch. Everything looks great.
