Uhaul now does the pick up and drop off completely digitally using your phone. Great innovation, but when the technology fails, as it did with me, there is zero human backup. Took me two hours to pick up a van. Phone support kept me on hold for half an hour and then told me there was nothing they could do to manually override the system. Don't use Uhaul if you're in a hurry, and certainly not if you have a Samsung Galaxy A20, because their system clearly is not compatible with this phone. It kept telling me to turn on location services, but they were already on.

Horrible experience. Don't expect road side assistance, no one would pick up your call. When I return the car, they told me to drop the key in key box, but the box is locked, how do I drop the key? Feels like a joke...

Individual at the location was great, truck was new and clean. Smelled like manure however, so not sure if it was properly cleaned. I used it to transport a glass table. The owner marks and puts stickers on the van where there is damage. I only drove 9 KM, but was sold on the insurance after each minor scratch or dent was marked. I didn't need it, but felt like it would be a hassle if there was magically some damage to appear. UHaul is incredibly sneaky with this process and there really is no way to protect the consumer from this.

Great service...very friendly....we were moving and had a truck full of furniture then we had a situation with our storage unit where they didn't show up and we had nowhere to put our furniture...called uhaul back and they were so accommodating. They said we could park the truck in thier lot and keep the truck for another day and they didn't even charge us...great great customer service would strongly recommend you to use uhaul Pickering...very happy with them
