The office of the registrar really needs to revisit its tactics on effectiveness and helpfulness. I had to take a day off work to drive out and visit in person to arrange a plan to finish my degree. After waiting over an hour for an appointment, the advisor did not help me at all. Completely useless. I spent about 5 minutes infront of her before I realized she wasnt going to put in any effort to help me. She sent me on a wild goose chase to places that were unable to help me further. It felt like a battle to get anywhere in a place that I thought was supposed to be there to actually help students. It's ridiculous to think they get paid when they do such little.
