So I came to mention the racist lady at this store but apparently she is well known to those who have visited this store. She followed us around, while staring us down the entire time. As my husband was looking at the wallets, she practically took them out of his hands to put them back onto the shelf. Is the purpose of the store to provide the customers with a pleasant shopping experience or to make them feel like criminals. You've succeeded in the latter. I left utterly disgusted and will never return. I have also spread the word amongst family and friends. Invest in some sensitivity training for that lady if you intend to keep her. Good luck.

Just now, March 4, 2023 @ around 3:25pm one of your staff did a rude action to my daughter, my daughter is 7 yrs old and she’s holding a bag worth $20 to show to my wife and this rude lady pulled it from my daughter saying “Dont touch the bag, you are not buying it” so rude! My daughter was afraid. Seriously for $20? My daughter dont deserved such rude beahviour.

There is an annoying lady that nags everyone at the entrance to out on hand sanitizer. However, she tried to be helpful asking us what we would like.Please don't force people to sanitize their hands, the requirements as of today for Ontario is masks indoors and social distancing of 6 feet.I updated this from 3 stars to 5 due to the positive response.

The cheapest store to buy luggage from.I compared the exact same article at Samsonite and a famous department store and Bentley in this location was lower by far.
