Don’t deal with these people as they are not professional. Don’t lease from them and save yourself the headache and the hard earned money. As they are all after your dollars and don’t care about your business. It’s funny the other two reviews that are posted are from the people that work there, just shows the level of the integrity of how they operate. As for Namao 160 plaza on 97st and 160ave, is no longer a busy plaza and not worth the rent they are asking. Don’t pay anything over $25 sqft there because that is what shoppers and DQ pay for rent. In fact find a better place with low rent on the city elsewhere. Hope this helps your decision making and good luck!
