Fantastic service, awesome and professional staff and a relaxing environment! I've been here 3 times and I've never been disappointed with the service! Kayla is a hair colour genius and her daughter Cindy is a beauty queen! These two fabulous ladies are extremely talented and stylish. Whether you need a wash, cut and style, or just highlights, or perhaps a soothing massage, or just need your make up done for a special occasion they will ensure you get what you asked for and I can also guarantee that you will always leave the salon with a big smile. Driving from Scarborough to Ajax is definitely worth it! I would highly recommend anyone to visit the salon, as they offer many different great services.

Ive been going to Altralistic for all of my hair needs for well over 5 years. Kayla is absolutely amazing, and I always leave happy. She provides great service every time. I would, without a doubt, recommend Altralistic!

Kayla did my haircut and hair colour in a mix of balayage + ombre in the colour Auburn. I just love my hair so much. I've been to many salons but nothing tops this one. Kayla is really professional and won't leave you disappointed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I arrived to my appointment on time and the owner was no where to be seen. I contacted her through phone number by calling her, texting her, I even went up to her door all to result in no answer. If you’re going to run a business, you need to keep up with your appointments. If she can’t even keep up with her appointments, how do you expect me to believe that the service provided will be any good? This is the easiest part of the whole service, yet she still couldn’t keep up with it. Disappointing, will never be coming here again.

Thank you to Kayla and Cindy! First, I did my trial for wedding hair and makeup, and it was beautiful! I had taken 2 screenshot photos with me to show what I wanted for hair and makeup. I thought of a few changes I wanted, and I went back 3 months later for my wedding day. Everything was perfect! Kayla did my hair, and it was exactly what I wanted. Cindy did my makeup, I am NOT a big makeup person, so I asked for very light face/foundation/highlight etc, and very dramatic eyes, it was perfect. They are very down to earth, genuine people, I will definitely return and I highly recommend them for hair and make up!

My first time here and I have to say I'll definitely be back. KAYLA was amazing, not only was she quick but we had a great chat. Definitely recommend ladies and men both to check out Altralistic Salon & Spa for all of your hair needs, she even sells shampoo!

Kayla is awesome. Always cuts my hair the way i love it. Always show her picture of how i would like it cut and she will cut it exactly the same. Very accommodating. Has stayed open late so i could have my mani, pedi and wax done. Does not rush to finish. Absolutely love Kayla.
