Such amazing staff here, super friendly and very helpful with helping me pick a Mother’s Day gift!! Will definitely keep going back to this location!

Charming place

On Tuesday December 14th, I was in there getting some Christmas gifts and witnessed an employee (looked like a manager) get mad at another employee about the cash register - this was right in-front of all the customers in the store and there was quite a bit of people around. The employee that got in trouble was obviously upset about what happened I could tell by her face and felt for her deeply. This could have been talked about somewhere else instead of everyone hearing. I found it very unprofessional and rude. She immediately took her off the cash as well and replaced her with someone else who looked extremely lost.My thoughts go out to the employee that got spoke to like this, it’s sad to work in a environment like that - especially during the holiday season

I would NOT waste your time with this place...We made an order and as per Canada post (which is another waste of a company) they said it was to be delivered on the 5th May ....sent into Canada post that it was not delivered and they said yes get sender to put in a claim so went back to this only thing charming is in the name, and they said give it a few more week....yes this is after i emailed them the Canada post emails....FAIL ....There is other place to get this stuff and we will be going there next time.....if i could do minus stars i would!!

On December 14th I visited the store to get gifts. All the employees were very helpful and nice except for a certain someone in the store. She looked like the manager (running the other employees). I was disgusted how she was treating her other employees. So unprofessional and does not deserve the position that she has. I was next in line to be cashed out and the cashier (maybe she was new or not it doesn’t matter) made a mistake which everyone does??? The manager called her out in such a rude and unprofessional way. She embarrassed this employee infront of everyone, my heart went out to the girl so much that I walked back into the store to ask if she was okay but she was busy so I then left. This situation should of been delt with in the back in a WAY more professional way. I will be not returning back to the store because I feel SO bad for the all the employees that have to be treated so badly in a WORK environment. Couldn’t get a name cause all her name tag said was “Team Member” which she doesn’t deserve but the poor girl that was treated like this name was Melissa.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The store has much less variety than online but I do like that you can see the jewelry in person. Some of the jewelry looks rather cheap and it helped me decide what NOT to chose . But on the other hand some of it is soo cute and makes you want to buy more than you came for ! I really love their Disney collections ! The same salenwas offered in store as online so that was also good

Super fun spot. The store is very clean and well lit, with friendly staff. Although the products can be a bit pricey, its a great experience and sometimes you luck out with the sale section. Convenient location in the mall. Highly recommend for a nice gift for yourself or friends.

The store is amazing. Very clean, and well stocked. But what was greatest is Kate. She greeted me promptly, was very knowledgeable and offered a nice conversation that was much appreciated. I will most certainly be back to the Barrie location, not only for the products, but also for the kindness of the employees.
